Celtic Spirituality: A Journey
John O’Donohue’s classic work Anam Cara, which means “soul friend,” is one of the most important books introducing Celtic Spirituality to the broader world. A poet, philosopher, scholar, teacher and priest in the Catholic tradition, O’Donohue’s book explores the deep wisdom of a tradition that embraces the body, friendship, beauty, time, aging and death in remarkable and enriching ways. We return on April 27th at 9:30 with Chapter 3, “Solitude is Luminous.”
The class will be facilitated by Rev. Trish Sullivan Vanni, Ph.D. Trish is a consultant and theologian who works with congregations and ministerial organizations in the area of formation, vision casting, and mission development.
